These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the client") and AutoAgentPro ("we", "us", "AutoAgentPro"), operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any part of the platform at autoagentpro.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
If you are using AutoAgentPro on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
AutoAgentPro is a software platform that designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered automation agents on your behalf. These agents can, for example, reply to emails, answer customer messages on chat platforms, book appointments, qualify leads, and post to social media, depending on the configuration you choose during setup.
You describe your requirements to our setup assistant, and we generate and host an automated workflow that runs on your behalf. The exact capabilities of each agent depend on the plan you select, the credentials you provide, and the third-party platforms you connect.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use AutoAgentPro.
You may not share your account with others or resell access without our written permission.
AutoAgentPro is offered through subscription plans and a credit system. Each plan includes a set number of agents and a monthly allocation of credits. Credits are consumed when your agents process messages or perform actions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the way you use your agents complies with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of any platform you connect.
To build and run your agents, you provide information such as business details and credentials (for example API keys, access tokens, or app passwords for the platforms you want to connect). You confirm that you are authorised to provide these credentials and to allow us to use them to operate your agents.
We store this information to operate the service for you. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
AutoAgentPro connects to and relies on third-party services such as email providers, messaging platforms, social networks, AI model providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those third parties, which may affect how your agents work.
The AutoAgentPro platform, its software, design, and branding remain our property. You retain ownership of your own business content and data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime. We provide support by email and through the in-app assistant and aim to respond promptly.
AutoAgentPro is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated responses and automations may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing the output your agents produce. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoAgentPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to our platform. On termination, your agents will stop running and your access will end.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
