• Payment information — handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

02 How we use it

We use your information to create, deploy, and operate your AI agents, to process payments and manage credits, to provide support, and to improve and secure the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

03 Credentials you connect

Credentials you provide are used only to operate the agents you set up. For example, an email credential is used so your agent can read and reply to your inbox, and a social account ID is used so your agent can post on your behalf. You can ask us to remove these at any time, which will stop the related agent from working.

04 Storage and security

Your data is stored in our managed database and infrastructure providers. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

05 Sharing and third parties

We share data only with the service providers needed to run AutoAgentPro, such as our hosting, database, AI model, messaging, and payment partners. These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

06 Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account or ask us to remove specific data, we delete it from our active systems, except where we must retain limited records for legal or accounting reasons.
